Exchange Policy

Customers can request an exchange within 48 to 72 hours of receiving the product.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unused and unwashed
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be raised within 48 to 72 hours after delivery.

Refunds may only be approved in cases of:

• Wrong product received
• Damaged product
• Defective item

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.

Non-Eligible Items

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for:

• Used or washed products
• Items damaged after use
• Products purchased during sale or clearance offers
• Requests made after the allowed time period

Return Shipping

Customers may be required to bear return shipping charges unless the issue was caused by our side.
